Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with their purchases, but if something isn’t right, let us know.

Once received, the customer care team at Platinoiir would inspect the product for the need for exchange and based on their jurisdiction, the exchange will be made possible.

Please Note: We don’t provide refund for any order.

No Made to Order products are eligible for return or exchange.

Goods must be returned in the same packaging they were sent in. All items must be unused, unworn and have their original tags attached. All items must be returned with the original delivery note.

Any garment sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unworn and unwashed. Garments that are found to be worn or damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return/exchange.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Return Terms:

  • No Made to Order products are eligible for return

An item is only applicable for return if you have received:

  • Damaged Product
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

Exchange Terms:

We offer exchange on Ready to Ship products only if there is:

  • Incorrect product
  • Size discrepancy
  • The exchange request should be initiated within 2 business days of receiving the product.
